Probex Syrup
Composition:
Each 15ml contains:
Protein Hydrolysate 500 mg
Elemental Iron in the form of
Ferrous Sulphate B.P. 15 mg
Folic Acid B.P. 0.5 mg
Cyanocobalamin B.P. 5 mcg
Thiamine HCl B.P. 2.5 mg
Riboflavine B.P. 2.5 mg
Pyridoxine HCl B.P. 1.0 mg
Niacinamide B.P. 25 mgD-Panthenol U.S.P. 3 mg
Indications:
Iron deficieny anaemia, pregnancy anaemia, lactation, loss of appetite, general weakness and convalescence.
Pharmacological Action
Vitamins are vital for the normal metabolism in body. Vitamins vary in their chemical structure and are supplied in small amounts in diet, because they are not synthesized in body or their rate of production is not sufficient for maintenance of health. Multivatmin preparations are generally used therapeutically and also as prophylaxis.
Dosage, Contraindication, Pregnancy & Lactation
Children between 6-12 years.
1/2 to 1 tabletspoonful (7.5 to 15 ml), 3 times a day.Adult: Age 12 or above; 1 to 2 tabletspoonfuls (15 to 30ml),3 times a day.
CONTRAINDICATION: Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredient.
PREGANANCY & LACTATION: Use only when clearly needed.
